Writing about Mental Health

Writing is a way to process.

I've been writing about mental health for some time now on my previous blog. It helps me process the different kinds of experiences that arise in my work with people. Each one of you is so unique in your thoughts, feelings, and way of being in the world, and I want to explore how to relate to each of you. Writing helps me do that. It also helps me identify the ways we aren't so different. We all face challenges and stress. We all want to love and be loved. We are all a part of relationships. And we all have personal identities. I like to write about these common themes so we can all feel less alone as we face them.

New beginnings.

Now that I have this shiny, new website, I hope to post my thoughts about wellness, healing, and relationships here. I'll do my best to update it when I'm moved to talk about something that feels important to me and to the people who are brave enough to open up to me in session.

I welcome feedback.

I would love to know what you want to hear more about. Feel free to suggest topics or questions you'd like me to explore.
